The first recorded use of medicine bags goes back more than 5,000 years. They were used in every human culture. They are magical talismans that help bring healing and connection to the Otherworld. Very often these bags were carried on the body and items added to it with time. As an alternative, you my place it on your altar or in a sacred place where you will be reminded of it often. Include your bag when you are conducting rituals or ceremonies, increasing its power. Add any items to your bag that may have meaning to you!

Your bag will be cleansed and consecrated in a ceremony. Your bag will include many of the items listed below that are specifically for you, some of which were selected through divination….

• Stone- Determined through divination. You will receive what is meant for you at the time of your order.

• Oracle Card- Determined through divination. You will receive what is meant for you at the time of your order.

• Candles- Your bag will include a manifesting candle(natural color) and a banishing candle(black).

• Consecrated Chalk-This chalk is to be used during magical ceremonies. It has been purified and consecrated. Sealed in beeswax.

• Feather- Your feather will be from an area that is located near a sacred node.

• Fresh Wild California White Sage- Sage that is from an area that I am caretaker of, near a sacred energy node.

• Fresh Wild Rosemary- You will receive Rosemary that grows wild in Deborah’s back yard. It is used for cleansing and protection. It may also help with memory, helping you to remember who you truly are.

• Lavender- Use this herb in times of stress. It is a calming, soothing herb and helps relieve worries and doubts, simply by smelling it.

• Cord For Hanging Fresh Herbs- Use this consecrated cord to hang the fresh herbs you have in your bag. Hang in a dark, dry place until dried and ready for use. You may burn them when dry.

• Mugwort Sachet- This herb has long been used to enhance dreams and aid in Otherworldly visions. Put this sachet under your pillow when sleeping.

• Wolf Claw- Dogs and wolves are sacred to Hekate, the mother of witchcraft.

• Key- Keys are a symbol of the witch mother Hekate.

• Frankincense Resin- A favorite incense of the Dark Mother.

• A document explaining what is in your bag in more detail.
